The participants, upon being divided into smaller teams, build soapbox racers from the materials provided, which they then compete with in the actual race.
Teams are encouraged not build their soapbox racer simply by following the instructions, but rather to build it in an original way, to engage in creative thinking, to assign roles in the team and have enough imagination to create the finished vehicle together.
The main aim of the races and the entire programme is to ensure that all of the participants and spectators have a good time, regardless of their gender, age or position in the organization.

Participants are randomly divided into teams and given time to come up with a team name, slogan and battle cry.

Each team receives a set of materials and basic assembly instructions. After that, there are no limits to their imagination.

The presenter demonstrates unconventional and often fun exercises to stretch the body and refresh the mind.

Distribution of roles in the team
Each team chooses its captain, who then assigns individual roles to the rest of the team. The captain decides who will act as the designers, builders and racers.

Presentation of prizes to the winners
Winners' podium, medals and awarding of prizes to the winning teams. There will of course also be the traditional champagne.
